Working at Arkansas Federal Credit UnionJob Summary: Our marketing strategist will develop creative, targeting, channels, timing, and reporting for our marketing campaigns.Duties/Responsibilities:Plan and implement marketing campaigns by choosing tactics, channel strategies, and timing through all elements of the marketing mixDrive the timelines, budget, strategy, and cross channel alignment for campaignsDevelop and manage the go to market plans that drive consistency in our tone and message across all channelsWork with internal and external creative and media partners to deliver business objectivesDemonstrate great relationship building skills inside and outside our organization and look for growth opportunitiesIntegrate top insights around customer needs and tie those to offers and brand positioning communicationsCreate communication strategies to effectively reach target audiences Demonstrate Arkansas Federal Credit Union’s core values and perform any other related job duties as required or assignedRequired Skills/Abilities: Solid understanding of the inner workings of marketing campaigns and the marketing mixGreat communication skills, both oral and written, using both in collaboration with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environmentSelf-motivated with critical attention to detail, and open to feedbackProficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.Preferred Skills/Abilities:Experience with Asana is preferred but not required.Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related field and five (5) years of professional experience in direct marketing strategy and reporting.
