Read and interpret production orders (material type, size, color)✂️ Operate chop saws and industrial fabrication equipment (saws, punches, drills, routers)? Use pneumatic hand tools for assembly and fabrication? Assemble and install insulated glass panels into sash and/or frame?️ Install and attach hardware? Inspect work-in-process and finished units for quality compliance? Package, wrap, and stack completed units for shipment? Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities? Maintain a clean and organized work area? Perform other duties as assigned? Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions and production orders➕ Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals? Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch accuracy? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and sustain physical activity throughout the shift? Capability to stand and move while performing repetitive tasks? A collaborative, team-driven attitude with strong attendance and reliability? Commitment to quality, precision, and safety standards? Problem-solving mindset and a drive to meet production goals?️ Previous experience in a team assembly environment is a plus?
