Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Scheduler providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HBD), Theater Battle Control Division. The Theater Battle Control Division manages efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications, Battle Management, Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Tactical Air Control, Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities.This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, Massachusetts.Duties include, but not limited to:Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMOProvide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams)Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission successSupport requirements development, plan preparation and assess ability to achieve resultsCommunicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and managementPerform corrective actions as necessary to achieve end resultCitizenship: Must be a US citizenMinimum Required QualificationsClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret ClearanceEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in a related disciplineYears of Experience: 10+ years of experience, with at least five years supporting DoD programsAdvanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft ProjectAdditional InformationLocation:Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, MassachusettsOnsite#LI-KM1Odyssey Systemsis a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
