We’re looking for a motivated and strategicClinic Operations Managerto lead the daily operations and support the growth of our brand-new center inBridgeton, NJ. In this key role, you’ll work closely with senior clinical staff, monitor team productivity, and implement initiatives that improve performance and ensure the highest quality of care.Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.Guide the operational heartbeat of our center with leadership and attention to detail:Own day-to-day center operationsCoordinate opening/closing proceduresEnsure center is stocked with necessary suppliesCreate weekly scheduling for BTs and learnersWorks with BTs to ensure coverage for leanersHandles parent/family inquiriesConduct daily attendanceOversee pickup and drop off at center to ensure smooth transitionsCoordinate cleaning of centerAlert facilities team of any necessary repairs or upgradesSupport administrative duties in the centerMaintain room schedulingCarry out routine housekeeping duties to ensure smooth running of the centerEnsure safety in the centerTo thrive in this role, you'll bring the following experience and qualities:Experience with ABA Therapy and a compassionate understanding of the needs of children with autism and their families; preferred2-4 years of management experience, including supervisory responsibilityBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be consideredDemonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with organizational management, staff, clients, and community stakeholdersExceptional leadership skillsSuperior project, planning, organization, and time management skillsExcellent communication skillsYour dedication deserves recognition—here’s what we offer in return:Competitive pay commensurate with your education, experience, and locationMeaningful work-life balance with flexible working schedulesGenerous paid time offAdvancement opportunities as Proud Moments ABA expandsComprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental and vision coverage401K retirement savings programEmployee Assistance ProgramsSalary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 AnnuallyYou deserve to work with the best - Proud Moments ABA.If you’re ready to accelerate your professional career with a fast-growing, highly respected behavioral health organization, Proud Moments ABA encourages you to submit your qualifications for this position today.
