Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:As a Systems Engineer, you will lead a cross-functional hardware, software, and system design team responsible for the realization of complex systems. You’ll contribute to CONOPS, requirements definition, system modeling, performance analysis, design, integration, test, and verification of these systems. What You Bring to the Table:Experience leading multi-disciplinary team to solve complex engineering problems from concept development through design and verification testingExperience defining system behavior and system structureExperience verifying and validating system modelsExperience with the design of complex systems and subsystemsUnderstanding of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML modeling principlesExperience with customer requirements analysis, developing system requirements, and defining allocations to lower levels (elements and components)Requirements traceability and breakdown from a test perspective.
