Learn more at www.dminc.comDMI, LLCis seeking a Help Desk Systems Administratorto join us.Duties and Responsibilities:Proficient in ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, and Problem Management with strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and its integration with ITSMExperience with ServiceNow platform, including Integration Hub and third-party software integrations and is familiar with platform functions such as integrations, workflows, scripting, and Glide scriptingExperience in data-driven analysis, with experience in creating reports, dashboards, and performance analyticsFamiliar with automated test frameworks to enhance system functionality and performanceExperience in user, group, and role management, including configuration and proficiency in configuration, including setting up workflowsAbility to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and have knowledge of best practices for maintaining IT systemsMaintains accurate records of user interactions and resolutions and prepares regular reports on help desk performanceStays up to date with the latest developments in ITSM tools, platforms, and best practicesAdapts to evolving technical environments and user requirementsEducation and Years of Experience:Leads other subject matter experts of the IT technology team for specific customers, evaluates design and architecture issues, as well as increases integration of services delivered, and researches current market technologies to design cost-effective solutions that meet current and foreseeable customer requirementsMin Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. CitizenPhysical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.Location: McLean, VirginiaDMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
