We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while effectively managing risks, stakeholders, and resources. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure project objectives align with organizational strategy. This position is a hybrid model with going into the office.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsDefine scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholdersLead project kickoff meetings, ensuring all team members understand objectives and rolesTeam Leadership & CollaborationDirect and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering accountability and performanceFacilitate daily/weekly stand-ups, progress reviews, and steering committee updatesStakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and external vendorsManage expectations, resolve conflicts, and provide regular status reportsRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify potential risks early and develop mitigation/contingency plansEscalate critical issues promptly and recommend corrective actionsProcess & Continuous ImprovementEnsure adherence to project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, PRINCE2, or company methodology)Recommend improvements to processes, tools, and reporting for greater efficiencyBachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience5+ years of project management experience managing medium-to-large, cross-functional projectsDemonstrated success in delivering projects where a third-party vendor is contracted through a Statement of Work to deliver a software solutionCertifications (Preferred): PMP®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP®, or equivalentProficiency in project management tools (e.g.,MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet, Trello)Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologiesProven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and influence stakeholdersStrong leadership and team-building capabilitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to solve complex problemsMust possess strong conflict resolution skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsH.W.
