Construction Operations Manager

The QISG team brings together Engineering, Safety, Quality, Material Procurement, QA/QC, Right-of-Way Acquisition, Scheduling, Environmental Planning, Permitting, Title and Land Management expertise that ensure outstanding results for our clients.We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Construction Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The Construction Operations Manager will serve as a key leader, coordinating teams, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence across all phases of construction.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & OversightLead and manage multiple construction projects from proposal development through project completion.Develop and maintain project construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Monitor progress and performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.Directs preparation of and reviews project construction execution plans for projects.
