The key objectives are, but are not limited to, maintaining the highest food quality, product safety, timely and efficient production, and helping in the overall physical and financial well-being of the company.Bachelor’s Degree Preferred; Associate's degree (A. A.) from two-year College or technical school;High school diploma or equivalent with 10 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Manufacturing experience and/or Food Processing industry a plusWorking knowledge of HACCP and FDA complianceCandidate bilingual in English and Spanish a plusProficient with Microsoft Office suiteMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysWe believe that diversity and inclusion are fundamental to creating a strong workplace and community.
