WHO are we looking for?CAPTRUST is seeking an Operations Associate, whowill play a vital role in supporting a range of client service functions. This position involves managing scheduling and marketing platforms, maintaining and utilizing the CRM system, and ensuring timely and effective communication with client employees. As a collaborative team member, the Operations Associate will coordinate schedules across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of engagements.Scheduling Oversight, Coordination, and Fulfillment: Operate various aspects of our scheduling software, Calendly, to efficiently organize and streamline appointments and events, ensuring optimal time management for the teamComprehensive CRM Management: Actively work within our CRM system to perform advanced searches, export and input data, assist in training team members, and accurately upload fund-related information to maintain a robust client databaseClient Data Management: Manage and update client information in our CRM and file systems, ensuring all data is current, precise, and accessibleEmail Communication Coordination: Facilitate the timely uploading and management of email files to guarantee effective communication delivery to our clients’ employees, enhancing our engagement and outreach effortsSpecial Projects: Perform other duties and special projects independently or as part of a team as requiredMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in associated field of study or equivalent combination of training and experience requiredDesired Qualifications/Skills:Strong analytical skillsProficiency Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Excel functionsStrong proven track record of attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy in collection and auditing of dataGood communication skills especially over the phone and via emailAble to thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing, and growing environmentAbility to form strong relationships across the organization and with contacts at provider partnersEffective collaboration skills within a team environment.WHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?Our colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
