We have room for growth, we start everyone as a caregiver then are able to train to become a Med Tech.As a caregiver for us you will be in charge of:Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walkingMaintaining the cleanliness of the environment which may include light housekeepingComply with all safety and health standards, including infection control proceduresAssess for changes in condition and communicate immediately to supervisorAdminister medications and injections to residents based on medical chartsFollowing schedule, assisting residents with repositioningFollow procedures regarding documenting of medicationsUtilize good judgment in providing client care and safetyAssisting other team members with their dutiesComplete all required documents and chartingAnswer call lights and assess residents needsObtain meal trays and assist with eatingOther duties as assigned by supervisorRequirements:Able to pass a criminal background checkHigh school diploma or GEDReliable transportationEvery other weekend is requiredBenefits:ROOM FOR GROWTHEmployee Recognition eventsPAID TIME OFFMedical, dental and vision for full time employeesPaid orientation and trainingDaily Pay!
