Our growth will continue as we add team members that strive to be the best, commit to taking care of our customers, and continue to train so that they can accomplish team goals and obtain career advancement opportunities.JOB PURPOSE: The ATE Fleet Coordinator primarily supports the ATE team members across various markets. They facilitate several aspects of fleet management, including ensuring that team members have access to the necessary vehicles and equipment to perform their tasks efficiently. This role encompasses administrative responsibilities related to fleet maintenance, resource allocation, inventory management, and addressing any logistical needs that arise to ensure smooth operations within the fleet.Manage vehicle registration, renewals, and compliance documentation.Ensure all vehicle documentation is current and accessible.Upfit Vehicles:Collaborate with suppliers to design and implement upfitting specifications for each vehicle.Oversee the upfitting process to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.Maintain Fleet Database:Update the fleet database with accurate vehicle information daily.Conduct monthly audits to verify data accuracy and completeness.Coordinate Maintenance and Repairs:Schedule and track regular maintenance for all vehicles, ensuring completion within the specified service intervals.Respond to repair requests within 24 hours and assign appropriate service providers to address issues.Identify Vehicle Relocation and Purchasing Needs:Assess and report on fleet utilization monthly to identify potential relocation and purchasing needs.Develop a purchasing plan based on identified needs and budget constraints.High school diploma or equivalent requiredAttention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsExude professionalism, passion for industry, and a commitment to excellenceStrong technological skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and fleet management software (Efleet & Samsara)Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or a related field preferredA safe driving record and a valid Driver’s License requiredThe Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and annual updates:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceGroup Life InsuranceDisability Insurance401k Retirement Plan with matchReferral Bonus (“Crash From Crash”)5 Paid HolidaysWe are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role.
