Human Resources (HR) Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and manage full-cycle HR operations at our corporate office in Moreno Valley, California. This position plays a critical role in supporting our diverse workforce across three distinct care entities, including developmental care communities, assisted living and memory care, and childrenu2019s day care. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and talent development. u2022 Supervise a training coordinator responsible for onboarding and training initiatives. u2022 Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure alignment with organizational goals. u2022 Oversee recruitment efforts for key roles, including caregivers, facility managers, registered nurses, and educators. u2022 Provide strategic support to reduce employee turnover, particularly within caregiving roles. u2022 Manage benefits administration and ensure employees have access to comprehensive resources. u2022 Collaborate with leadership to drive digital transformation within HR processes, transitioning from paper-based systems. u2022 Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly within the healthcare and caregiving sectors. u2022 Facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression. u2022 Maintain and use HRIS systems for efficient data management and reporting. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management. u2022 Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration. u2022 Proven ability to draft and implement policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. u2022 Familiarity with HRIS systems and experience managing digital communications. u2022 Healthcare, caregiving, or related industry experience is strongly preferred. u2022 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or relevant certifications, is highly desired. u2022 Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to HR software solutions, such as Rippling. u2022 Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
