Description This is a long-term contract opportunity that will be working onsite in Southern California 4 days a week. Great team and amazing team environment. As a Senior Qualtrics Developer/Subject Matter Expert, this person will perform the following tasks, but not limited to: u2022 Application design, development, and production support for multiple large projects using Qualtrics technologies. u2022 Conduct development workstreams, from design through testing and deployment, often working with junior members of the team both offshore and onshore. u2022 Ensure adherence and constant improvement to the SDLC process and best practices through the development, testing, and support phases, including code reviews, mentoring, and policy governance u2022 Participate in daily Scrum sessions as an Agile team member. u2022 Identify enhancements through customer interaction and work directly with them to provide solutions. u2022 Define systems architecture, design techniques, and development standards to support cross-functional, multi-system solutions that scale and are flexible to meet the future needs of the organization. u2022 Research and resolve Qualtrics application issues in test and production environments. u2022 Evaluate the daily and monthly batch process to improve performance and shorten the critical path window. u2022 Perform Impact Analysis across multiple Qualtrics platforms and applications. u2022 Deliver complete documentation for estimates, design, and development. u2022 On-call for production support during off-office hours (night and weekends). u2022 Create timelines and development goals. u2022 Provide technical leadership. u2022 Testing the stability and functionality of the application. u2022 Writing documents and providing technical guidance/training to other developers. u2022 Maintain the security and integrity of the application software. u2022 Perform code review. The job includes other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. u2022 Play the role of a Subject Matter Expert for the Qualtrics applications. Requirements Must have Qualtrics Platform Developer I or II certification. u2022 Additional Cloud Consultant Certifications (Sales, Service, Community, or Marketing) preferred. u2022 Must have hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. u2022 Strong experience with complex Qualtrics Application Development (7+ years). u2022 Experience in leading/managing a workstream on enterprise implementations (3+ years). u2022 Experienced in leading, mentoring, and providing technical direction to a team of Qualtrics developers. u2022 Experienced in designing and developing Qualtrics platform features such as custom objects, validation rules, workflows, assignment rules, formula fields, custom reporting, and modifying pages, views, and dashboards. u2022 Application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems u2022 Experience in developing customer-facing applications. u2022 Experience in developing Qualtrics code as per specifications using Qualtrics platform. u2022 Familiarity with test practices and deliverables for unit testing. u2022 Interpersonal style that fits the Company culture. u2022 Experience in working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. u2022 Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment and ability to self-motivate and meet deadlines. u2022 Highly Adaptive and flexible to change. u2022 Excellent problem solver/analytical thinker. u2022 Understand Qualtrics capabilities, governor limits, limit monitoring, and best practices for limit-informed development. u2022 Experienced in Qualtrics Data migrations with native tools such as Data Loader and 3rd party tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, etc.) Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.u00ae Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
