Surgical Technician / Tissue Processing Technician

Salary: $3101 / Week The Surgical Technician/Tissue Processing Technician is responsible for the sterilization of surgical equipment, arrange surgical equipment and adjust medical tools to ensure that the surgical devices are functioning properly. Minimum Requirements: + Surgical Technologist certification as applicable per state and/or client requirement + One year experience as a Surgical Technician preferred (Tissue Processing Technologist u2013 only) + Degree in biology related field which includes a degree / certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Job Title: Cardiac Surgical Technologist u2013 Stanford, CA Location: Palo Alto, CA Start Dates: 10/27 or 11/9 Duration: 26 Weeks (with possible extensions) Shift: Rotating Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours/week) Pay Rate: $3,101/week + Hourly: $1,113 + Stipends: $1,988 About the Opportunity: Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Cardiac Surgical Technologists for a prestigious Level 1 academic medical center in Stanford, CA.
