Prior experience with sandblasting and grinding preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Punctual, reliable, and a team player. Willingness to learn and take direction. Work Environment: Industrial setting with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery. Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Use of PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and respirators as needed.
