Hiring Marine/Waterfront Sr Project Manager and Engineers for a growing department in NYC About the Role We are seeking a Marine/Waterfront Project Manager with a passion for waterfront design to join our growing team in New York City. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact shoreline projects and contribute to the design and development of waterfront structures including: + Bulkheads + Retaining walls + Piers and platforms + Fenders, docks, and flood resiliency systems You'll take on a pivotal role leading high-impact coastal and waterfront projects across the NYC region. This position offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and expanding team within a well-established organization Responsibilities - Lead and review advanced structural and geotechnical engineering analyses for waterfront infrastructure projects. - Manage design efforts for a range of coastal and marine structures - Guide the preparation and submission of regulatory permit applications for waterfront development - Oversee the development of technical reports, construction documentation, and project-related correspondence. - Proposal development, change order drafting, invoice review, and client engagement.
