Job Description u2022u2003Plan, schedule, and provide work direction to team to ensure compliance. u2022u2003Ensure staffing coverage is appropriate each day, reporting any issues with coverage to Regeneron Management u2022u2003Helps to analyze, interpret, and report assessment results and recommendations to Regeneron team members u2022u2003Perform personnel management functions of reports (i.e. employee evaluations, coaching, disciplining, etc.) u2022u2003Attend weekly alignment meetings with Regeneron Management team, and weekly team meetings. u2022u2003Ensure that policies and procedures are effectively administered and comply with regulatory requirements.
