Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer with both practical skills and strategic vision. The right candidate will influence stakeholders, apply a product-focused approach, and deliver cohesive user experiences aligned with platform objectives. In this role, you'll lead design for complex, data-driven productsu2014translating goals into clear strategies while working closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to maintain a user-centered platform. Youu2019ll act as both leader and contributor, balancing business requirements, user insights, and technical limits in your designs. Key Responsibilities u2022u2003Lead end-to-end design from discovery through deliveryu2014research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, and usability validation. u2022u2003Develop and communicate UX strategy and design roadmaps that balance short-term deliverables with long-term vision. u2022u2003Drive stakeholder alignment, present designs persuasively, and gain buy-in at multiple levels of the organization. u2022u2003Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, and business) to create scalable, intuitive experiences. u2022u2003Conduct and synthesize user research, usability tests, and data analysis to inform design decisions. u2022u2003Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. u2022u2003Design high-fidelity interactions and micro-interactions, including transitions, motion, and interactive demos. u2022u2003Evolve and maintain a consistent design system and component library in Figma or equivalent tools. u2022u2003Mentor other designers, participate in design critiques, and contribute to team growth and design culture. u2022u2003Define and track key UX metrics; iterate based on both qualitative and quantitative user feedback.
