We strive to be the best wholesale distributor in the area and invite you to be part of building the future.u00a0The Inside Software Specialist serves as a link between Rockwell Automation and Codale by focusing on helping customers align support contracts and purchase or renew software support.u00a0What you'll do: Serve as a customer centric resource for Rockwell Software and Support Be proactive in communicating with customers about their upcoming support renewals Work collaboratively with other Rockwell Services and Software specialists Manage order entry, quote review, and transaction processing Support internal customers with resources and information Customer-centric, professionally represents self Honest and fair in dealings with others Ability to manage issue to resolution while providing positive customer experience Develop, maintain, and nurture relationship with Codale partner Rockwell Automation Coordinate with Codale and Rockwell Customer Succes Managers to plan and communicate renewals Develop proficiency in point of sales software and Rockwell Automation Software Portal Be organized and communicate effectively with customers and Codale Specialistsu00a0What you'll bring: 2+ years of experience in working directly with customers and handling transactional business Ability to manage multiple partner and customer relationships while achieving outcomes Ability to speak with customers, demonstrating technical expertise while instilling confidence and credibility Familiarity with electricity and electrical distribution Minimum education requirements: 2 to 4-year degree preferred, but not required Combination of skills, experience and/or education acceptable Other skills/experience desired: Experience with Office 365 Suite High proficiency with Excel preferred Ability to grow and maintain relationship with any individual, irrespective of the background and type of personality Possession of good sense of humor Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong creativity and critical thinking abilities Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously Possess reliable problem-solving ability Ability to regularly overcome obstaclesu00a0Why work for Codale Electric Supply?It feels good to drive down the road and say,
