Our testing portfolio includesvitamins, minerals, contaminants, pesticides and shelf-life studies. Wetest of a variety of instrumentation including UPLC, HPLC, GC, and LCMStechnologies. Be an internal liaison forclients so they only need to contact one person. Empowered to makedecisions on behalf of clients to provide superior service. Providesinformation for clients (e.g. Pricing, Capabilities, Status, SampleSubmission) Assists Client Managers with managing various aspects ofquote, proposal and RFI development for assigned opportunities. Onboardnew clients by asking appropriate questions and providing SampleKinecttraining Submits and coordinates client requests for re-testing,additional testing, OOS investigations, and changes that are needed.Provides support for other Client Service Associates when needed (e.g.absence, workload adjustment, site and regional balancing) Coordinatesconference calls with client and other areas of Food Solutions asneeded. Contributes to assigned process improvement projects andsupports implementation when needed Bachelor's degree in a scientific,business or related field (or equivalent work experience 2+ years ofdirect food testing, high intensity customer service, or otherbusiness-related experience Excellent customer service skills, attentionto detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tactThick-skinned - ability to receive and deliver difficult newsDemonstrated computer skills - requires excellent MS Office experience(specifically Excel, Word, Outlook) Demonstrated ability to plan,multi-task and prioritize Demonstrated teamwork, communication (writtenand verbal), and organizational skills Ability to work independentlyKnowledge of other software applications (i.e. SFDC, NIMS) preferredAbility to work to multiple deadlines Ability to learn technicalchemistry and microbiology testing requirements Ability to communicateappropriately and effectively with internal and external clientsPositive attitude and sense of urgency Experience in a scientific orlogistics environment is heavily weighted What we offer: As an employer,we're keen to look after our people with as much dedication as theylook after our patients.
