The Account Executive, Cardiology is a field-basedposition focused on selling Diagnostic Imaging cardiology products intohospitals, imaging centers,large cardiology practices etc.Our productshave continued to expand in Cath Labs and surgical suites across the US.With our continued success, we are looking to expand our commercialteam. We are searching for top sales professionals lookingto build their own franchise and realize virtually uncapped earningspotential. Location: Wisconsin area (must reside within the territory)Responsibilities Achieve business objectives for assigned territory(for example, penetration of account with product/solution/serviceofferings). Develops, builds and cultivates long-term relationshipswith key management and physicians within the customer organization. As a true partner to the customer, uncover and develop the customer'sdecision criteria, analyze competitive offerings and influence thedecision criteria to their advantage. Will guide the development andexecution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assignedbusiness goals and budgets. Generating proposals, preparing salesquotations, planning customer meetings and demonstrating equipmentcapabilities. Communicating current market intelligence to variousdecision makers within each account. Assists management in devisingsales plans and strategies, develop forecasts, budgets and operatingplans for product sales channels. Will lead territory team reviewsand updates of account plan based on changing market, customerconditions, and competitive activity. Required Knowledge/Skills,Education, and Experience Candidates will have 8+ years ofdemonstrated sales success - strongly preferred in the cardiology / medtech industry. Proven track record of selling into a Cath Lab orsurgical suite required Established relationships/network ofInterventional Cardiologists and Cath Lab staff in the territory Clinical lab experience beneficial. Experience carrying large quotasand working with long sales cycles as well as demonstrated success atmeeting and exceeding those quota with high forecasting accuracy andtransparent funnel management . Successful track record of meetingand exceeding sales goals. Ability to travel approx. 50% BS/BA inrelated discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalentcombination of education and experience. The base pay range for thisposition is $81,000 - $121,000 annually; however, base pay offered mayvary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
