Competitive pay and steady schedule The ability to see your schedule and track your hours right from our easy-to-use app, JobStack Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $13 - $13 / hour What you'll be doing as a Production Machine Operator: Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and continuous manufacturing Load raw materials (fibers, polymers, adhesives, etc.) into machines and ensure proper feeding during operation Inspect machine settings and adjust speeds, temperatures, and pressure to meet product specifications Conduct in-process quality checks, including visual inspections, measurements, and testing of products Maintain accurate production records, including shift reports, material usage, and downtime logs Follow safety standards, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and ensure smooth shift transitions Adhere to company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO/quality standards Available shifts: Shift Timings: 3rd Shift (Night) Job requirements: Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (nonwoven industry a plus) Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation (must have a dependable car to commute to/from work) Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed Ready to take control of the way you work?
