We offer a competitive compensation package.Responsibilities and Duties:Assist in preparing, developing, and updating project schedules with the project team.Performs schedule reviews to identify variations and notify project teams.Diplomatically communicates review comments to the project team.Actively participates in the construction planning & scheduling process, including the creation of proposal schedules, baseline schedule and ongoing schedule updates.Utilizes company provided training of industry standard scheduling software and continuing education for proficiency of systems.Assists with the development of best practices for P1 Construction planning and scheduling efforts.Review job status and applies ongoing changes, modifications, and status updates to accurately update the project schedule for assigned projects.May attend project related meetings and/or jobsite-specific meetings where emphasis on schedule is discussed.Supports Lean and Pull Planning sessions by ensuring CPM schedule is aligned with pull plan results.Supports the preparation of a variety of reports as required for assigned projects.Adds resource loading and cost loading, when required, to schedules collaboratively created with the project teams. Provides planning and scheduling support to operations, marketing and other corporate functions as directed.Participates in pursuit opportunities with business development and the project team.Position Qualifications and Skills:Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Meets one of the following education requirements:Bachelors degree in a Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management related discipline, ORAt least three years of electrical field trade experience working for an electrician or general contractor.Experience in Electrical Mission Critical hyperscale data center construction projects is highly preferred. Knowledge of IWP (Installation Work Packages) in the hyperscale environment is preferred.Knowledge of scheduling process and/or Primavera P6 software is highly preferred, but not required.
