Youll own the execution of recruitment delivery, ensuring hiring targets are met while maintaining an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. A critical part of this role is being data-driven—youll use reports, dashboards, and analytics to measure performance, forecast needs, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.What Youll Do:Lead, coach, and mentor a recruitment delivery team to meet and exceed hiring targetsPartner closely with the Recruitment Strategy, Sourcing, and Operations teams to align hiring execution with business needsMonitor pipelines and ensure timely movement of candidates across stagesBuild, analyze, and present dashboards and reports to measure KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, recruiter productivity)Use data and insights from Google Sheets, Looker, and ATS reporting to optimize delivery processesEnsure consistency and accuracy of candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR)Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs, set realistic timelines, and align on prioritiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomesWhat We Expect From You:5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or manager roleProven success managing end-to-end recruitment delivery in a BPO, shared services, or fast-scaling organizationStrong proficiency in Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivots, dashboards) and Looker Studio (report building and analytics)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneouslyA people-first leader who can coach, motivate, and develop a teamWhat Youll Get In Return:Competitive compensation and benefitsFlexible work arrangementsOpportunities for professional growth and career developmentInclusive, supportive culture built on empathy and respectA chance to collaborate with global partners and diverse teamsCompany Culture Is At Our CorennCore values give our work intention and our culture its edge.
