This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:? BillingEnsure time is posted and invoices are processed in QBO and AxcessTrue-up time and billing; progress bill initial retainersHandle bookkeeping billing and review unbilled WIPReconcile software bill backs and oversee renewalsManage PTET estimates, postage, and 1099s? Accounts Receivable (AR)Run AR reports and monitor client accountsTrack ACH payments and send payment remindersProvide client lists for collection calls? Payments & OnboardingOversee payments and review billing for onboarding clients? WorkflowRun project setup lists and verify accuracyCreate and update templates, roles, and notifications? Other Duties as AssignedWhat You Need to Succeed:✔ Key Competencies:Strong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organizational skills and high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Online✔ Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, or related field preferredPrevious experience in an administrative role, ideally in accounting or financial servicesFamiliarity with bookkeeping and accounting principles is a plusImportant Information:?
