If you are a friendly, motivated person, with a passion to serve others, the Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa may be your perfect match.Supervise servers/bartenders on the floor, make sure food is presented neatly, served on time and that all functions are coordinated properly.Responsible for controlling all aspects in the execution of banquet functions.Read and understand BEOsEffectively supervise and coordinating the Banquet staff during all food and beverage service.Effectively communicate with Culinary staff and other management staff to ensure success of all functions.Responsible for adhering to property/company policies and procedures.Responsible for adhering to all liquor liability laws.Responsible for all accurate billing, to include Micros and Delphi postings and all liquor consumption reportsMust assist/conduct all designated staff/pre-function meetings.Computer Skills, (Outlook, Delphi, Excel)Attend all property/department meetingsAssist the Banquet Manager in the complete operation of the Banquet Department.High school diploma or equivalent.Three years food and beverage experience.Excellent customer service skills.Pleasant and helpful personality.Availability to include weekends and holidaysComputer knowledgeRAMPcertification required
