As the Executive Assistant, New York Operations, you will be responsible for administrative and clerical tasks assigned by our Executive Officers. In addition, you will processes manual and computer generated reports as required, maintain executive calendars, coordinate schedules, make airline and hotel reservations, coordinates special projects and correspond with current and prospective clients as directed.What you will doMaintains Executive Officer calendars and advises of scheduleGenerates sales, marketing and billing reportsDevelop travel itineraries inclusive of airline reservations, flight connections, hotel reservations and car rentalsCoordinates and assembles sales and marketing materials for perspectives clientsArranges meetings, conferences and special eventsMaintain project plans, outlines, meeting notes and task listsMaintains confidential files inclusive of company financial records and privileged correspondenceConduct business in a professional and courteous mannerPerforms all other duties as assigned by executive managementAct as a leader within the companyAll other duties assignedWhat you will bringHigh school diploma or equivalent Proven telephone, customer service and communication skillsWorking knowledge of personal computer and various software products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)Previous administrative or project management experienceTyping speed of 60 wpm with 99% accuracyAll onboarding employees will be required to complete apre-employment background check and drug screening.We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
