Assemble insulated glass units with precision and care?️ Use hand and power tools (drills, saws, screw guns) to cut, fasten, and build components? Inspect finished products to ensure top-notch quality? Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe? Read and interpret work orders and blueprints (training provided!)?‍♂️ Stay active—stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs? High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)? Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus—but not required!? Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity? Willingness to learn how to read blueprints and work orders?
