Big or Small Willard Can Handle It All!We are seeking an experienced drain tech to run residential drain calls and assist in installs if needed.Benefits:Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision InsuranceDisability and Term Life InsuranceMatching 401(k)Paid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)Job Summary:Public Service Plumbers is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to complete drain cleaning, jetting, service, and installs.Job Responsibilities:Ability to speak and maintain professionalism to customers, team members, and vendors.Ability to manage stress, difficult or emotional customer situations.Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs.Operating company vehicles and will be expected to follow all state and federal laws, as well as, maintaining the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle.Diagnose and troubleshoot drain problems, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage.Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform drain cleaning, unclogging, and repair.Install, repair, and maintain drain pipes, fitting, and fixturesProvide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed.Educate customers on best practices for their drain systems.Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company.Job Qualifications:2+ Years Plumbing and Drain experience preferredPlumbing degree, license, or apprenticeshipCurrent plumbing certification as required by stateFamiliarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issuesStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixturesGood communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical Work Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 pounds.The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate or feel objects, tools or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust or focus.Activities involving being around moving parts and equipment, exposure to changes in temperature and humidity as well as dust, fumes, electricity, gases and moderate noise.Why Willard:Willard West an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are a family-owned and operated company with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability.
