This role is responsible for driving process improvements across manufacturing and packaging operations, with a strong focus on Lean Manufacturing, safety, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Development, Quality Control, and Manufacturing—to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement best practices that enhance productivity and quality.Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, you will lead and support projects that require effective planning, execution, and change management.
