Most engagements are completed out-of-court and often remain confidential, underscoring our reputation for discretion and excellence.Miller Buckfire has a long track record with:Renegotiating credit facilitiesObtaining covenant waivers and amendmentsConsummating exchange offers, tender offers and consent solicitationsRaising capital (bank loans, second lien, DIP financings, high yield, mezzanine loans, private equity and strategic investments)Selling non-core assets or entire companiesEffectuating cross border and international restructuringsProviding expert valuation and related testimonyLiability management transactionsPre-packaged / pre-arranged chapter 11 casesTraditional restructurings under chapter 11 Senior Analysts / Junior Associates will contribute meaningfully to active engagements and internal initiatives.Responsibilities include:Preparing presentation materials such as pitchbooks and client summariesConducting in-depth industry and company researchBuilding and analyzing financial models to evaluate company projections and strategic alternativesSupporting the development of industry databases and valuation analysesAnalyze credit agreements, indentures, and covenant complianceWorking closely with deal teams, including other junior and senior bankersWe seek candidates with strong academic performance, demonstrated leadership, and a passion for finance and restructuring. Ideal candidates will possess:Exceptional quantitative and analytical skillsSuperior attention to detail and disciplined work ethicStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Excel and PowerPointFinancial modeling and/or accounting experienceCollaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skillsMinimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fieldMinimum Required: 1-4 years experience in corporate restructuring or investment bankingMinimum Required: NoneMinimum Required: NoneSalary: USD $125,000.00/Yr. - USD $200,000.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
