Candidates should be energetic yet respectful with patients and staff, as well as maintain excellent time / schedule management skills. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridgeInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as neededCurrent state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
