This includes, but is not limited to: assessment, medication administration, woundcare, teaching, and emotional support. Accurately documents allcareprovided in a timely and accurate manner.Compliance: Adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control protocols. Maintains confidentiality of patient and employee information.Collaboration: Collaborates effectively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, patients, families, and caregivers. Participates incarecoordination meetings and communicates effectively regarding changes in patient condition.Case Management: Manages a caseload of patients, meeting productivity expectations, prioritizingcareneeds and ensuring seamless transitions ofcare. Proactively identifies and addresses potential issues or concerns.Documentation: Completes all required documentation accurately and timely, including but not limited to: electronic health records (EHR), visit notes,careplans, and other required forms.Professional Development: Maintains current knowledge and skills through continuing education and professional development activities. Actively seeks opportunities to enhance clinical expertise.Travel: Willing and able to travel extensively to various locations nationally, as assigned, with flexibility to adapt to different work environments and patient populations. This position requires a highly skilled and adaptableRNwith strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
