You’ll investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and litigation.Investigate and adjust multi-line liability claims in accordance with CCMSI guidelinesHandle claims involving Commercial Auto, General Liability, Municipalities, and Garage KeepersReview and negotiate medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoicesNegotiate settlements with claimants and attorneysSelect and supervise defense attorneysMonitor subrogation opportunities and excess insurer reportingEnsure compliance with service commitments and quality standardsMaintain accurate documentation and reportingRequired Qualifications3+ years of claims handling experienceStrong knowledge of bodily injury, property damage, and litigation processesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and prioritization abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a national teamAdjuster’s license required in designated home statePreferred Skills & ExperienceExperience with commercial claims and TPA environmentsFamiliarity with municipalities and litigation processesPublic speaking or client-facing presentation experiencePrior TPA Experience is helpfulPerformance MetricsQuality of claim handling through observation and reportingTimeliness and accuracy of documentationResponsiveness to client needsComplaint resolution and service satisfactionCompensation & ComplianceThe posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity.
