Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Laborers assist Maintenance Technicians in various maintenance related tasks. In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Laborers may receive instruction from the Maintenance Technicians or the Director of Operations.This role pays an hourly rate of $18.50-$22.00Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays)This position will remain open until January 2, 2026.Perform skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance of the facility and equipmentWork from general instructions and specifications, with minimal supervisionOperate a wide variety of equipment used in the maintenance of the facility such as saws, drills, torches, sanders,cutters, grinders and other maintenance equipmentDrive vans, pick-up trucks, forklifts, high-lifts, floor scrubbers, and other vehicles as requiredGrasp, hold, bend and twist a wide range of tools, equipment and materialsAssist in installing and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and related equipment; mixing and matchingpaints, stains, and paintingAssist in installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes, valves, faucets, sinks, and other plumbing facilities;repair and maintenance of the facility to include chairs, tables, doors, windows and other articles andfixturesAssist in the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment; repair and maintenance of variousother tools and equipmentClean and organize work sites as directedCommunicate clearly and concisely in the English language, both orally and in writingEstablish and maintain cooperative-working relationships with those contacted in the course of workPerform other duties as requiredHigh school diploma (or equivalent) requiredOperating knowledge of Microsoft Office software, general computer understanding of basic IT functionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust have availability to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays as neededSolid problem solving skillsPossession of Universal CFC license preferredPossesion of a valid drivers licenseAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
