The Dental Specialists Rochester Endodontics is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As aPatient Care Coordinatoryou will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour#TDSEducation RequirementsAssociates/Bachelor degree preferred or industry related experiencePreferred QualificationsProficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-pace work environmentProfessional customer serviceEffective communicator and team playerDental insurance knowledge is a plusMonday: 7 - 4pmTuesday: 7 - 4pmWednesday: 7 - 4pmThursday: 7 - 4pmFriday: OffContinuing Education:The Dental Specialists offers a wide range of continuing education courses throughout the year for team members including required courses such as CPR, and OSHA Annual Retraining.
