This role provides high-level support to the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Foundation President, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and the effective implementation of administrative systems, procedures, and policies. The Administrative Manager also plays a critical role in supporting the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, Committees, and Advisory Councils, acting as a key liaison between the Foundation, its leadership, Empath Health affiliates, and external stakeholders. This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage multiple priorities and uphold the professionalism and mission of the Foundation.Education/Regulatory Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related service field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.Skills:Five to seven years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a President, CEO, or other senior executive. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.Must possess or obtain a Florida Notary Public Commission within six months of hire.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; professional presence with the ability to represent executive leadership with poise, tact, and diplomacy.Flexible, self-motivated, and resourceful, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt to unplanned situations.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to manage confidential information and interact with senior leadership.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; donor database experience (e.g., Raiser's Edge) preferred.Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation required for local travel.
