Notes changes in physical or emotional status of clients.d. Promotes client and caregiver independence in self-careUtilizes electronic documentation of client care; complies with Agency policies regarding timeliness in submission of documentation and synchronization of dataFollows Agency policies regarding universal precautions, and safety guidelinesFulfills other assignments as requested by the R.N.
