All positions are onsite, unless otherwise stated.The Leonardo DRS Naval Power Systems business is a trusted provider of innovative naval gas and hybrid power systems, control technology and support solutions for the U.S. Navy and navies around the world.Job Summary:The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for performing electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly and rework.Job Responsibilities: Interpret and work from wiring/assembly drawings, operation sheets, specifications, sketches, and work instructions.Build, repair, and modify electromechanical assemblies using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, crimpers, torque wrenches, fixtures, etc.).Perform testing, rework, and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical assemblies.Operate machine shop equipment (lathes, mills, grinders, drill press, band saw, etc.).Ensure product quality, compliance with safety/regulatory requirements, and meet production deadlines.Monitor raw material levels and support efficient workflow across departments. Manage multiple tasks, adjust priorities as needed, and support organizational mission and values.Flexible to work overtime and weekends.
