OverviewCompensation: $86,000 - $120,000 based on experience and credentialsLocation Type: HybridPosition Type: Full Time The Product Manager is accountable for the end-to-end strategy, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of commercial deposit and treasury products designed for business clients. This role integrates client needs, market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and institutional capabilities to deliver differentiated, compliant, and value-driven deposit solutions. Success in this role requires deep expertise in digital treasury platforms, commercial deposit structures, cash management, payments, fraud mitigation, and digital enablement channels. The Product Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Data & Analytics, Sales & Relationship Management, Risk, and Compliance to ensure products are aligned with client expectations, regulatory standards, and Suncoast's goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, comfort with data-driven decision-making, and a passion for solving complex business challenges through product excellence. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the product roadmap for strategic treasury and deposit solutions (e.g., digital capabilities, deposit products, sweep accounts, cards, payments, remote deposit, positive pay and fraud mitigation)Conduct market, member and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, member needs, and opportunities for growth and differentiationCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build and execute on the product road mapLead product development initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals, member expectations and operational alignmentCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Digital Strategy, Operations, TM Sales/Service, IT, Front Line) and vendor partners to design and deliver scalable, member-centric solutions that enhance the commercial deposit experiencePartner with relationship managers to understand client needs, gather use cases, and deliver tailored solutionsEnsure product compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policiesCollaborate closely with Audit, Vendor Management, and Risk teams to manage product-level riskMonitor and manage product performance, including profitability, pricing strategies, cost drivers, and adoption metrics.Track KPIs such as usage, revenue growth, retention and digital engagement for continuous improvementMaintain knowledge and understanding of current industry trends, regulatory changes, innovations, and issues influencing commercial deposits and treasury servicesAttend educational events to increase professional knowledgeComplete annual compliance and info security training to understand employees' role in maintaining effective compliance and security programs QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field, MBA or equivalent preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in digital treasury management solutions and Digital Business/Commercial Deposit channels (mobile & online platforms) required.Experience in ERP Integrations, Commercial Payments, Commercial Card (i.e. Purchasing Card), and Commercial Loans preferred.Experience with Tru Treasury, Alloy/IDV products or related consulting work a plus.Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations in a financial services environmentStrong understanding of digital and payment solutions channels, including fraud prevention.Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlinesAccurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task managementAbility to analyze and resolve difficult and often complex problems or situationsStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulatorsStrong knowledge and understanding of financial institution products, services, policies, and proceduresStrong knowledge and understanding of regulatory complianceStrong knowledge and understanding of systems and software applications required to perform job dutiesBenefitsFinancial Well-Being: Bonus Program up to 12%, 401K Matching up to 8%, Retirement Planning, Pay Increases based on Competency, Employee Loan Discounts, Flex Spending AccountsWellness: Medical Coverage, Dental and Vision Coverage, Access to 4,000+ Gyms, Mental Health Resources, PTO Wellness Days, Short Term and Long Term Disability CoverageWork-Life Balance: 11 Paid Holidays, 3 weeks of Paid Time Off, 4 weeks of Paid Parental Leave, Birthday PTOCommunity Involvement: Paid Volunteer HoursGrowth: Degree Assistance up to $5,000 per yearFor more information, including additional benefits, please visit our benefits website at Company OverviewSuncoast Credit Union is consistently chosen as a Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace because its employees genuinely #LOVEWORK Employees flourish in an inclusive culture celebrating growth and prioritizing the community.
