Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Anna, TX Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient PRN PRN Rate: $60.00 Responsibilities Seeking a PRN Physical Therapist with orthopedic experience and manual therapy skills to join our team in Anna, TX. This clinic serves a variety of populations including ortho, sports, vestibular, post-op/prehab, fall prevention, women's health, and worker's comp. Candidates should be hardworking, motivated, and eager to learn. + Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment + Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day + Timely and accurate documentation usingTherapEBridge + Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports + Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately + Promoting continuous quality improvement + Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications + Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. + Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
