Customer Care Representative (Remote) MUST reside in Texas, Arizona, or Colorado Employment Type: Contract Full-Time Remote Start Date: 10/31 Job Summary: The Customer Care Representative is a key player in delivering exceptional service across multiple channels. This role requires empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ideal candidates are proactive, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment. Key Responsibilities: + Actively listen to customer concerns with empathy and patience + Provide accurate and timely solutions using available tools + Build trust through kind, responsive, and helpful interactions + Support customers via phone, chat, email, and social media + Assist with package tracking, returns, refunds, product info, and warranties + Guide customers through website navigation and product selection u2705 Required Qualifications: + Previous customer service experience + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) + High School Diploma or equivalent u2728 Preferred Experience: + Hospitality, Retail, Food Service, or Call Center + Customer Care and Inbound Call Handling + Service-oriented mindset Schedule & Availability: + Standard Hours: Monu2013Sat, 8:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM MST/9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST + Peak Season (Novu2013Jan): Monu2013Sun, 7:00 AM u2013 6:00 PM MST/8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST + Shift Bids: Assigned post-training based on availability and business needs Training Requirements: + Day 1 (Friday): Paid orientation (2 hours) + Weeks 1u20133: Full-time training, Monu2013Fri, 8:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM MST/9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST Attendance is mandatory for all training sessions.
