Description Business Analyst, eCommerce El Segundo, 3x onsite per week $100K - $125K + benefits We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in El Segundo, California. This role focuses on enhancing ecommerce operations by collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering effective solutions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ecommerce platforms and a strong ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs. Responsibilities: u2022 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ecommerce projects. u2022 Document detailed business processes, functional specifications, and project scope to ensure alignment with organizational goals. u2022 Manage and track project tickets using tools like JIRA and Confluence, ensuring timely resolution. u2022 Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. u2022 Perform gap analyses to identify areas for improvement within ecommerce systems. u2022 Lead Agile Scrum sessions to facilitate communication and progress tracking across teams. u2022 Contribute to the implementation and optimization of platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, or similar systems. u2022 Provide insights and recommendations to enhance ecommerce functionality and user experience. u2022 Stay up-to-date with industry trends in retail and ecommerce to inform strategic decisions. u2022 Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and timelines. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, or others. u2022 Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. u2022 Proficiency in managing tickets and workflows using JIRA and Confluence. u2022 Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project management. u2022 Experience in the retail or ecommerce industry is required. u2022 Ability to conduct gap analyses and propose actionable solutions. u2022 Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
