Job Description Responsibilities: u2022u2003Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. u2022u2003Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business and technical requirements, document them clearly, and define acceptance criteria. u2022u2003Write detailed business and technical specifications that guide development and testing efforts. u2022u2003Configure CRM entities, workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and security roles. u2022u2003Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for CRM-related initiatives. u2022u2003Use SQL and Power BI to perform advanced data analysis and reporting. u2022u2003Work closely with Business Solution Managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and successful delivery. u2022u2003Support cross-functional teams in designing, testing, and deploying technical solutions. u2022u2003Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, use cases, and process flows. u2022u2003Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide project updates. u2022u2003Support training and user adoption efforts for new systems and solutions. u2022u2003Identify and document risks and issues and collaborate with the project team to mitigate them. u2022u2003Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements Requirements: u2022u2003Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. u2022u20035+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. u2022u2003Proven experience configuring and administering Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules). u2022u2003Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance. u2022u2003Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business language. u2022u2003Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to guide decisions and shape solutions. u2022u2003Demonstrated experience writing detailed technical documentation and acceptance criteria. u2022u2003Experience working in an Agile development environment. u2022u2003Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or SNOW. u2022u2003Hospitality industry experience is a plus. u2022u2003Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
