The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotelu2019s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. Dual General Manager u2013 Hawthorne Courtyard & TownePlace Suites: The Dual General Manager functions as the primary strategic business leader of the assigned hotels with responsibility for all aspects of operations. Ensures implementation of brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations. Responsible for active supervision of all hotel disciplines, including but not limited to the Front Office, Guest Services, Food Service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales operations, ensuring that there is an atmosphere of good public relations towards guests, Team Members, and community. Also ensures the hotels are meeting and constantly striving to meet its sales and profitability goals, and compliant with local and federal laws and regulations. A minimum six (6) years of experience in the hotel industry. A minimum four (4) years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area. Proven multi-property leadership experience in hotel operations with Marriott. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage teams, guests, and partners. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth. A problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments. A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. Salary Range: $150,000 u2013 $170,000. Discretionary bonus up to 30%. A full suite of benefits is offered including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and 401k.
