Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or, + Master's Degree - Social Work. + 3 years Experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting. + Strong project management and operations experience. Preferred Qualifications: + Master's Degree - Nursing or Health Administration. + Case Management Certification (CCM or ACM) upon hire. + 3 years - Management experience in a Healthcare setting.
