Overview Our company is seeking an experienced Janitorial Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. The Janitorial Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our cleaning and sanitation teams to ensure that our facilities maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in compliance with all regulations and standards. Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 The pay listed is the salary range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABMu2019s benefits, visit ABM ABM 2025 Employee Benefits Staff & Management (Date 9.5.24.pdf) Responsibilities: Develop and implement cleaning and sanitation procedures that meet all regulatory and GMP requirements. Train and supervise cleaning and sanitation staff to ensure that they follow established procedures and comply with safety and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain cleaning and sanitation schedules for all facilities, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that cleaning and sanitation activities do not disrupt production or other operations. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address cleaning and sanitation issues, and ensure that corrective actions are taken promptly. Maintain accurate records of cleaning and sanitation activities, including inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborate with the Quality Control department to ensure that all cleaning and sanitation activities meet quality standards. Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation and support as needed. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a GMP environment. At least 2 years of experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and knowledge of regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a relevant field preferred.
