This Maintenance Coordinator job is temporary to support the Maintenance Manager and mechanics by streamlining spare parts procurement, vendor communication, and warranty tracking while also assisting in the development and execution of the preventive maintenance program. For instant consideration for these Maintenance Coordinator Job, Apply Now Job Maintenance Coordinator require candidates to: u00b7 Manage maintenance parts and inventory, including ordering, receiving, issuing, and tracking supplies. u00b7 Maintain inventory systems with defined min/max levels, reorder points, labeling, and cycle counts to reduce stockouts and emergency purchases. u00b7 Support preventive maintenance (PM) scheduling and compliance tracking; generate reports and maintain accurate asset records (warranties, manuals, serial numbers). u00b7 Coordinate with vendors and contractors for quotes, purchases, service follow-ups, and warranty claims. u00b7 Collect and reconcile invoices with purchase orders; ensure accurate documentation for AP processing and audits. u00b7 Maintain safety and compliance documentation, including training records, SDS sheets, inspection logs, and SOPs. u00b7 Follow and promote safety procedures in line with Cal/OSHA and company policies, including PPE and lockout/tagout protocols. u00b7 Provide occasional local support for urgent parts pickup and hands-on coordination as needed. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Maintenance Coordinator job: u00b7 Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school coursework preferred. u00b7 Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance coordination, inventory/storeroom management, procurement, or CMMS administration. u00b7 Technical Skills: Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling, CMMS/ERP systems, and basic asset and warranty tracking. u00b7 Core Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective communication and vendor negotiation. u00b7 Licenses/Certifications: Valid California driveru2019s license required; forklift certification or ability to obtain. u00b7 Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. The starting pay rate for Maintenance Coordinator job is $23-$25 an hour DOE plus overtime as needed.
