Adecco is hiring immediately for Floral Assembly Associates with our client in Vista, CA. Apply today In this role, you will pull flower buckets from the cooler/freezer for production needs, assemble bouquets by selecting flowers and placing them onto the conveyor machine, label, package, and prepare finished floral products for shipment, move and organize flowers and materials throughout the production area, assist with general cleaning including sweeping and mopping floors, and maintain a safe work environment. These Production positions require no previous experience, making them ideal for entry-level candidates. At least some familiarity with warehouse or production environments preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working in cold environments, including cooler and freezer areas. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting are essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are also important. The role involves performing repetitive tasks for extended periods and requires the ability to lift up to 35 lbs., as well as frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. A willingness to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday during peak seasons, is also required.
